To obtain your personalized model, please send your request via e-mail or Instagram with the necessary instructions for its creation (reference photos, drawings, shapes, decorations, desired colors, etc.).

Once your model has been validated, you can order, remembering to select the category it corresponds to, your size and the chosen shape .

In the personalization part, it is imperative to enter keywords that characterize your model as well as your Instagram or e-mail, the means of communication you used to send us your request so that we can find it.

Without this last crucial information we will not be able to identify your request and would therefore not be able to produce your model. ⚠️


Delivery

10 to 15 days. Sending with La Poste , tracking of the package is provided when it is shipped.

Returns

Given the personalized nature of products Poizon District does not accept returns of items. If you made a mistake in the sizes, we are not responsible.

However, if your package has arrived damaged, broken, or if you encounter any other problem, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution.
