Your order immediately becomes
priority, it will be treated urgently
before all others.
If you would like your order to be
priority and receive your presses 1 to 4
days after your order, you can
take urgent order. For all
order placed before 5 p.m. your order for “ready to ship” items or press on nails will be processed and carried out the same day. It will be sent either that same day or the next day depending
of the complexity of the design for the presses.


If you order after 5 p.m. your
order will be made and sent on
the following day.


It is also possible to take the
category urgent order few
days after purchasing your press on, the
same rule before 5 p.m. applies for this
case too. 🤍

Delivery

10 to 15 days. Sending with La Poste , tracking of the package is provided when it is shipped.

Returns

Given the personalized nature of products Poizon District does not accept returns of items. If you made a mistake in the sizes, we are not responsible.

However, if your package has arrived damaged, broken, or if you encounter any other problem, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can find a solution.
